* Treat all export shipments with the same requirements of imports
* Utilise carriers that have clean and safe vehicles and act in a publicly responsible manner in the way they conduct business for our customers
* Ensure all agents and carriers fulfil their public and legal responsibilities under occupational health and safety, and other legislative requirements
